    Frequently asked questions

    How long does importing take?

It depends on the port, carrier and customs clearance. We give an estimated schedule for each specific car.

Can I buy a damaged car?

Yes. For every such car we provide photos, a description of the damage and an indicative repair estimate so you can decide with full information.

    How do I pay?

We agree the stages and terms of payment in writing before bidding.

    What documents do I need?

For a quote we only need your contact details. For the import we will tell you exactly which documents are required in your case.

    Is the condition guaranteed?

Auction cars are sold “as is”. That is why we check carefully and show all available data before you bid.
